Our Easy Dispute Process
File a complaint or a dispute
A client has up to 45 days from the date of the dispute to submit a complaint. However, they must first reach out to their broker before proceeding.
Investigation of the case
The investigation process is completed within a maximum of 5 days from the time the dispute is received.
Determination Phase
The information and documents gathered during the investigation phase will be utilized to reach a decision. If further details are needed, the commission will request additional information from either the client or the broker. The requested party is required to respond within 7 days.
Awards and Orders
The commission’s decisions are binding for brokers and optional for clients, depending on their acceptance. If the applicant agrees with the decision, they must confirm their acceptance within 14 days. If the client fails to respond within this timeframe, the application will be considered closed.
